RECAP

T
ORONTO is the provincial capital of Ontario and the largest city in Canada and it is located in the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario. With over 2.5 million Torontonians and 6 million residents in its metropolitan area, it is the fifth most populous city in North America.
The city is crowned by the CN Tower, of 553 meters high. The CN Tower was declared one of the modern Seven Wonders of the World, and it is considered an icon for Toronto and a symbol of Canada, attracting more than 2 million international visitors annually.
Toronto's population is cosmopolitan and international, being an important destination for immigrants to Canada. This city is one of the world's most diverse cities by percentage of non-native-born residents, with about 49% of the population born outside Canada. Toronto is consistently rated as one of the top-ten most livable cities in the world due to its low crime rate, the environmental care and the high quality of life. And it is considered one of the best cities of the world to live. In addition, Toronto was ranked as the most expensive Canadian city in which to live in 2006.
Toronto is pretty close to the majestic Niagara Falls, one hour and a half by car. That is why tourists usually visit both places when they travel to this zone.
But if you are in Toronto you have many places to visit. Parks, city-towns, museums, shopping centers, monuments, beaches on the lake, etc.
For example, we can go to the huge High Park, where people play sports, have lunch or walk their dogs. We can go the China Town, with many shops where prices are lower.  We can also go to the Royal Ontario museum, the most important of Canadian nature and history. We can go to the Eaton Centre with many shops, cinemas… which is next to the most important square of the city, Dundas sq., where many events and spectacles are held and where is the Hard Rock Cafe. For sports, we must go to Rogers Centre of The Blue Jays Baseball Team and to the Air Canada Centre for watching the Famous NBA matches of the Toronto Raptors.
And of course, we have to get on the glass elevator of the CN Tower that will take us to 400 meters high to have the greatest sightseeing you can ever imagine.
Oh! And we have to take a photo in the longest street of the World, Yongue Street.
